Are you a skilled and experienced construction professional looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and progressive specialist joinery and interior fit-out contractor.
As a successful candidate, you will have a third level construction related qualification and excellent people management skills. You will also be a proficient user of ASTA or MS Project and MS Excel, with the ability to effectively plan and program interior fit-out projects.
In this role, you will be responsible for establishing, recording, and reporting on the progress of works through the life cycle of projects. You will also assist the Estimating team with the preparation of tender programs and method statements, as well as prepare comprehensive planning information on new project start-ups in conjunction with the project team.
Additionally, you will provide regular evaluation and commentary of progress to the Project Management Team and Senior Management Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking company and make a real impact in the construction industry.
