Our client is a well established contractor based in the Leeds area and due to an upturn in workload they are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to bolster their busy commercial team.
This company deliver projects on behalf of developers and commercial end users with projects in the residential and commercial sector but predominantly residential permitted development and new builds as well as commercial office fit out. Project values range from £100k to £25m+.
As Senior Quantity Surveyor the successful candidate will report directly to the Commercial Director and would be a guiding figure to the Intermedite and Assistant Surveyors in the office. The SQS will take full commercial responsibility on a number of projects depending on the size and complexity of the schemes.
