3D Visualiser

One of my leading Office D&B Fit Out firm is seeking an experienced 3D Visualiser to work on a range of innovative projects and design concepts. This firm has operated in the industry well over 20 years and has created an brilliant reputation for itself. With projects valued up to £10 million and spread across the capital it is an excellent opportunity to be exposed to some interesting and technical projects. The candidate must use their strong visual and creative skills, combined with knowledge of the industry, to produce high quality images suitable for presenting to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Producing visuals for high end commercial clients.
• Work closely with the studio's interior and graphic design teams at the earliest stages of a project to develop the concept and produce high quality final images and visuals.
• Involvement in the preparation of client concept presentations.
• Development of visuals for project director/client approval.
• Working under pressure and to tight deadlines while liaising with the project designers
• Working with the graphic design team to assist with branding, marketing and visual communications.

Required Skills and Experience

• At least 3 years' experience in a similar role within Office Design and Build practices.
• A solid understanding of 3d Studio Max, Adobe Photoshop, SketchUp and AutoCAD - anything additional to this is a bonus.
• Ability to model confidently and have a good knowledge of applying materials and setting up lighting in a scene.
• A good eye for what makes a strong composition.
• A team player who has the ability to work autonomously and be responsible for their own work.
• An understanding of design trends and keen interest in the visualisation industry.
• Knowledge of relevant blogs/websites and leading visualisation companies.
• The ability to hand sketch would be beneficial but is not essential.
