In-depth interviewing of our candidates

As simple as it sounds, all of our candidates will have had a thorough interview with one of our trained consultants, before any candidate’s CV leaves our office. We endeavour to meet as many of our candidates as possible for face to face interviews, but where this is not possible, in-depth phone interviews are conducted.

Full reference checking

It is standard practice for us to acquire at least one reference for all of our candidates that are submitted to our clients. Where possible, we will have two on file by the time any candidate reaches client interview stage.

Right to work checks carried out

All of our candidates are required to provide proof of their right to work in the UK before they can be placed by redfish.
